Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and nurture relationships with current clients while generating new leads and building a strong sales pipeline.

Acquire new business through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.

Contract with freight shipping carriers, negotiating competitive rates and quality services for customers.

Identify, screen, and select reliable and safe carriers to ensure smooth freight operations.

Manage and maintain detailed records of all freight delivery activities and compliance with transportation regulations.

Prepare and handle essential documentation related to shipments.

Plan and coordinate pick-up and delivery schedules effectively.

Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.

Requirements:

Any graduate eligible to apply.

Open to freshers and experienced candidates (1 year experience preferred in a similar role).

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent negotiation skills with a proven ability to meet sales targets.

Detail-oriented and organized with a customer-focused approach.
