Picking and packing customer orders accurately.
Safe packing of fragile items (plants, pots, gifting items).
Unpacking inbound materials and arranging stock properly.
Managing inward & outward movement of materials.
Daily stock verification and maintaining proper shelf arrangement.
2. Dispatch & Transportation Coordination
Coordinating with transporters and logistic partners.
Booking shipments through Porter, Delhivery, DTDC, or other platforms.
Ensuring packages are labelled correctly and dispatched safely.
Monitoring delivery status and ensuring timely deliveries.
Handling customer deliveries safely when required.
3. Inventory Management
Updating stock in system (inward/outward).
Daily/weekly MIS reporting.
Reporting stock shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of warehouse area.
4. Documentation & Reporting
Preparing packing lists, dispatch notes, and inward entries.
Maintaining daily MIS reports for logistics and stock.
Coordinating with accounts and sales team for shipment-related documents.
Skills & Requirements
Minimum 1-2 years experience in logistics/warehouse operations (preferred).
Basic knowledge of mobile apps (Porter, courier booking platforms).
Ability to lift and handle packages safely.
Good coordination, communication, and time management skills.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
Salary
Based on experience + performance incentives.
