Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Associate with strong hands-on experience in International Logistics, Import & Export Operations. The role involves coordinating end-to-end shipment activities, documentation, customs compliance, and vendor communication to ensure smooth and timely movement of goods.
Responsibilities:
Handle all import/export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, COO, BL/AWB, FSSAI, Customs).
Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, suppliers, and buyers for smooth shipment flow. - Track shipments and ensure on-time clearance and delivery.
Maintain records and update ERP/Excel for shipment status.
Prepare landed cost sheets and support finance with payment documents.
Ensure compliance with Customs, DGFT, FSSAI, and international trade regulations.
Support logistics and warehouse teams for inbound/outbound activities.
Prepare regular shipment reports and assist in audits.
Resolve shipment-related issues, discrepancies, or delays promptly with relevant stakeholders.
Skills Required:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or related field.
2- 3 years of experience in import/export logistics or international trade operations.
Strong knowledge of customs documentation, international shipping processes, and regulatory compliance.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/logistics tools.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
