Logistics Assistant
to support our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in logistics, shipping, documentation, and coordination with vendors and transporters. You will play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate movement of goods and maintaining related records.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations, including inbound and outbound logistics.
Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods to customers
Maintain accurate shipping and delivery records, including invoices, bills of lading, and delivery notes.
Liaise with transporters, freight forwarders, customs agents, and warehouse personnel.
Assist in inventory control and stock management.
Handle import/export documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Track shipments and update internal systems accordingly.
Prepare reports related to logistics performance, delivery timelines, and freight costs.
Resolve any issues related to shipping delays, damages, or logistics errors.
Support the logistics manager and other departments as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
2 to 5 years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain operations.
