Oversee day-to-day logistics and warehouse operations.
Monitor electric parcel loading/unloading activities.
Coordinate with delivery executives and supervisors for smooth dispatch.
Maintain reports related to parcel movement, manpower, and vehicle operations.
Ensure proper manpower planning and shift management.
Resolve operational issues and ensure timely delivery targets.
Ensure safety compliance and warehouse discipline.
Communicate with higher management for daily updates.
Skills & Requirements:
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in logistics/warehouse operations.
Strong leadership and team-handling capabilities.
Good knowledge of operational planning and reporting.
Basic computer proficiency (Excel/Emails).
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Candidate should be responsible, punctual, and well-organized.
