As a logistics assistant you will support supply chain operations by managing shipments, maintaining inventory, and providing administrative assistance to ensure efficient logistics processes. Key Activities & Responsibilities:
Provide clerical assistance to logistics managers, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and organizing records.
Oversee incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with documentation such as invoices and packing lists.
Maintain inventory records, assist with stock management, and conduct regular cycle counts to ensure data accuracy.
Work with suppliers and transportation providers to schedule deliveries and negotiate shipping costs.
Prepare and manage shipping documentation, including bills of lading and customs forms, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately.
Support daily operational activities
Manage vendor relationships.
Email, chat & call clients, vendors, suppliers.
Use applications like Porter, Blue Dart etc.
Education:
Bachelor's / Ongoing degree in Business, Management, or related field.
?Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
?Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
?Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
?Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Location: Lodha Supremus, Kolshet Road, Thane(W)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Pay: ?12,390.84 - ?27,834.04 per month
