Assist the Operations Manager with various daily office functions
Assign duties to office assistants, administrative assistant, and mail room personnel
Assist in the processing of governmental forms and applications
Update and monitor inventory and warehouse space allocations
Assist in the processing of bids, contracts, and purchase orders
Perform administrative functions
Logistics Assistant Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support for the logistics and transportation departments
Handle incoming and outgoing shipments
Conduct clerical duties, including file organization, data input, and mailing
Process accounts payable invoices
Conduct research for executive management
Maintain office equipment and facilities
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements And Skills:
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or logistics
Knowledge of supply chain management principles
Knowledge of warehouse management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High level of verbal and written communication
Proven ability to function independently and as part of a team
High level of initiative
Tally And SAP knowledge
