Job Description

Supervise and manage day-to-day logistics operations, including storage, dispatch and distribution of food products.

Ensure proper maintenance, scheduling, and utilization of company vehicles used for deliveries.

Monitor warehouse activities such as receiving, storing, stock rotation (FIFO/LIFO), and inventory control.

Coordinate with production, sales, and procurement teams to ensure smooth dispatch planning and on-time delivery.

Maintain proper documentation for goods movement, delivery challans, and transport records.

Ensure all logistics operations comply with food safety standards, hygiene, and temperature control requirements.

Manage drivers and warehouse staff -- including shift planning, supervision, and performance tracking.

Optimize delivery routes and vehicle loading to minimize cost and improve efficiency.

Handle third-party logistics (if applicable) and vendor coordination for transport or storage needs.

Track dispatch timelines and resolve any delivery-related issues promptly.

Maintain accurate reports on dispatches, fuel usage, vehicle maintenance, and warehouse stock levels.

We prefer candidates having 1 Year experience in FMCG

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
