Oversee end-to-end operations including logistics, warehouse management and customer servicing across 7 distribution centers.
Lead, coach and develop depot and operations teams to improve performance and ensure consistency of service.
Ensure timely availability of material at distribution centers by balancing service levels with optimal inventory to minimize working capital and storage costs.
Design and implement systems and processes for customer service, inventory control, loss prevention and stock lifecycle management to reduce pilferage, damage and obsolescence.
Plan and execute the setup of operations and fulfillment centers in line with the companys growth strategy.
Regularly visit depots to audit operations, implement best practices and drive productivity improvements.
Develop efficient daily vehicle routing and delivery plans to improve service speed and optimize resource utilization.
Produce and analyze MIS reports to monitor depot performance, including cycle counts, vehicle utilization, fuel consumption, inventory discrepancies, petty cash usage and open sales orders.
