Duties

Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with organizational goals. Manage logistics operations, ensuring timely delivery of products and services. Oversee inventory management processes to maintain optimal stock levels. Utilize ERP systems such as SAP ERP and Oracle EBS for effective supply chain management. Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues in the supply chain and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance production planning and demand forecasting. Apply Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies to improve efficiency. Analyze supply chain data using tools like Tableau, Power BI, and SQL for informed decision-making. Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Kaizen principles to enhance operational performance. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in logistics and supply chain management.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in logistics and supply chain management roles. Strong knowledge of inventory control, procurement, and demand planning processes. Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle EBS) and supply chain analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI). Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and process improvement techniques. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
