Electro-Mech Engineers is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Logistics & Purchase Coordinator
to manage procurement activities and coordinate logistics from our
Ranchi office
. The role involves vendor coordination, material planning, dispatch tracking, and ensuring timely availability of materials at project sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate
purchase activities
, including raising purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
Liaise with vendors for pricing, availability, delivery schedules, and follow-ups.
Manage
logistics and transportation
, including dispatch, tracking, and delivery to sites.
Ensure timely availability of materials as per site and project requirements.
Maintain purchase, logistics, and vendor records with proper documentation.
Coordinate with site engineers and project teams for material planning and consumption tracking.
Support negotiation, vendor evaluation, and cost control activities.
Prepare MIS reports related to purchase and logistics.
Eligibility & Skills:
Bachelor's degree/Diploma in any relevant discipline (Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce preferred).
Prior experience in
purchase and logistics coordination
(construction/engineering industry preferred).
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in
MS Office (Excel, Word)
and basic computer applications.
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
