Key Responsibilities:
Manage warehouse operations, stock handling, loading/unloading
Maintain accurate inventory & daily stock reports
Coordinate dispatch, routing, and delivery scheduling
Supervise drivers, helpers, and warehouse staff
Ensure timely delivery and proper weighment updates
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and process compliance
Coordinate with sales, purchase, and accounts teams
Monitor vehicle utilization, fuel usage & delivery efficiency
Requirements:
2-10 years experience in warehouse/logistics management
Strong leadership & communication skills
Basic computer/system skills (Tally/ERP/CRM preferred)
Knowledge of construction material handling is an advantage
