We are looking for a competent Logistics Analyst ( Third Party Role) to oversee and facilitate the data of the supply chain & logistic projects of our company. You will be the one to coordinate personnel and processes to achieve the successful completion of projects.
The goal is to ensure the smooth planning & analysing the data of variety of Projects aiming for maximum efficiency .

Job Responsibilities


Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
  • Ensure reliability, integrity and accuracy of data
  • Ensure analysis is in line with business goals and targets
  • Set up and provide regular reports and data relating to specific areas of the logistics process such as supplier analysis, transportation costs using MS office & Power BI
  • Track logistics trends and use information to recommend changes
  • Utilise knowledge and research methods to benchmark logistics activities and to drive best practice results
  • Provide additional analytical support as required
  • Report against key performance indicators
  • Work with Logistics and other appropriate staff to resolve issues as and when required
  • Inventory Analysis & Inventory management Techniques
  • Utilize IT tools & visualizations to optimize procedures
  • Communicate with suppliers, customers & other internal stake holders in an efficient way to get things done
  • To seed the digitalization concepts in the logistics

  • Well-versed in Supply Chain Management & Logistics principles and practices
  • Proficiency in computer databases, statistic applications and logistics programs
  • Excellent analytical, planning and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to undertake complex analysis to create information and to interpret data and trends
  • Excellent attention to detail skills
  • SAP, BI, Power BI, Excel & Power Point
  • Record keeping abilities & customer-oriented approach
  • Process improvement studies
  • Project Management

  • Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • BE in Industrial Engineering/Production/Manufacturing or relevant field to supply chain management & logistics
