Job Overview TE Connectivity's Distribution & Logistics Teams manage the efficient flow of goods, services and information between point of origin through customer placement in order to meet customer requirements or internal business objectives. They create integrated processes among internal functions such as operations, purchasing and logistics, and outside suppliers. They also focus resources on continuous improvement of the movement of materials through various production processes, and establish key performance metrics and benchmarks relating to supply chain planning/forecasting to measure actual performance against goals on a regular basis. Work with team members to understand the business problem so as to conduct effective analysis to address various business requirements.
Identify analytical use cases, size opportunities & support transformation initiatives with data analytics working with a cross-functional team of Finance Ops, Transformation leads, Reporting & Analytics.
Share/Present analysis/insights & identified business rules to business teams to influence the change. Create & make presentations to explain problems, approach, and solution and progress report to partners. Have regular engagement with key stakeholders & BU s.
Deliver Optimum Analytical Solutions using data, business context, tools & techniques along with relevant cost benefit analysis
Should be familiar with Cognos, Power BI, Tableau & TED reporting tools.
Develops solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope & complexity.

Knowledge of SAP modules pertaining to accounting & logistics. Excellent Advanced Excel skill sets.
Skilled in Microsoft SQL server application software (SSRS, SSIS)
Skilled in SAP BusinessObjects reporting software
Strong numerical and analytical skills including skills in Microsoft applications software (Excel)
