Job Description

Monitor daily service level metrics such as truck placement accuracy, transit reliability, truck utilization/vehicle mix, analyze gaps between budget vs. actual logistics costs, ensure accurate data capture from SAP/external systems, automate reports, and provide monthly dashboards/performance trackers.
Analyze performance of various WSPs based on defined criteria.
Generate truck indent plans optimized for targeted truck utilization, maximized vehicle mix, and share compliance of listed transporters.
Develop route plans from warehouse to distributors for maximizing clubbed load deliveries, coordinate with regional logistics executive for contract conversion, analyze load patterns, and propose contract-based savings.
Generate fixed day of shipments (FDOS) based on routes and quarterly load plans, and upload finalized FDOS plans into the system quarterly.
Assist in logistics cost budgeting for transportation and warehousing, and track/provide monthly savings against plan to Finance.
