Job Title: Executive - Logistics (SCM) Location: Bangalore Plant Experience Required: 2-3 Years CTC Range: 2.5 - 3.5 LPA Qualification: Graduate We are seeking a skilled Executive - Logistics & Warehouse to manage domestic dispatch operations along with day-to-day warehouse activities. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in dispatch handling, tracking, MIS, Excel, and warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities: Dispatch & Logistics: o Manage end-to-end domestic dispatch activities ensuring timely shipment. o Track all deliveries from dispatch to final delivery. o Coordinate with transporters, warehouse teams, and internal departments. o Prepare and manage transport documents (invoice, challan, e-way bill, LR copy, etc.). o Handle dispatch queries and resolve shipment-related issues. Warehouse Operations: o Oversee daily inbound & outbound material handling. o Maintain proper material storage, stacking, and inventory accuracy. o Monitor GRN, stock movement, bin management, and material issuance. o Conduct cycle counts and assist in monthly/quarterly stock audits. o Ensure proper 5S and housekeeping inside the warehouse. MIS & Reporting: o Maintain daily, weekly & monthly MIS reports for dispatch and warehouse activities. o Prepare Excel-based trackers (inventory, dispatch, stock movement, shortages, etc.). o Use VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, and formulas for reporting and analysis.
Skills Required: o Experience in warehouse operations + logistics dispatch. o Strong Excel & MIS knowledge. o Understanding of inventory, GRN, and stock management. o Good communication and coordination skills. o Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
