Job Summary

The Logistics & Maintenance Warehouse Executive/Manager is responsible for managing warehouse operations, logistics coordination, team supervision, and end-to-end vehicle management.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily warehouse operations including receipt, storage, dispatch, and inventory control

Manage company vehicles (cars, vans, trucks, etc.) Track and ensure timely

vehicle servicing and preventive maintenance

Handle

vehicle insurance renewals

, claims, and documentation Ensure

PUC, registration, permits, and other statutory compliances

are valid Maintain vehicle maintenance logs, service records, and fuel usage reports Coordinate with service centers and vendors for repairs and maintenance
Team Handling & Supervision

Supervise warehouse staff, drivers, and support teams Assign daily tasks and monitor team productivity Train team members on safety, operational procedures, and compliance Handle attendance, discipline, and performance monitoring Ensure adherence to company policies and safety guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree / Diploma /ITI in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field Proven experience in warehouse operations and logistics management Strong experience in

vehicle maintenance and documentation handling

Team handling and leadership skills Knowledge of inventory management systems and MS Excel Good communication and coordination skills Problem-solving and time management abilities
Preferred Experience

5-10 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or fleet management Experience handling multiple vehicles and drivers Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory requirements
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
