Job Responsibilities :
- Interact with our customers in arranging their shipments, pro-actively monitor
- shipment in transit and keep the customer appraised with regards to arrival times, delays or transit issues and help to ensure we meet or exceed customer expectations at all times.
- Ensure all documentation is supplied in a timely manner to the Shipping line/Customer.
- Track and trace shipments as required. To ensure pro-active customer communication (.eg. booking deliveries in advance or notifying customers of delays, etc..)
- Candidate carrying experience in any BPO or telesales/telecalling job will be preferred
- Should be comfortable in co-ordination over calls.
- Any graduate fresher is eligible to apply.
- Candidates fluent in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada & Malayalam will be an added advantage
- Day shift
- Evening shift
