The Logistic Manager will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end logistics operations, including inbound & outbound movement, warehouse coordination, transportation management, inventory control, and vendor management. The role ensures timely delivery, cost-effective operations, and smooth flow of goods across the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
Logistics Operations
Manage daily inbound and outbound logistics operations.
Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods to branches, customers, or warehouses.
Monitor logistics performance and resolve delays or issues proactively.
Transportation Management
Coordinate with transporters for vehicle availability, routing, freight rates, and timely deliveries.
Optimize transportation costs while maintaining service quality.
Track deliveries and ensure proper documentation (LR, e-way bills, invoices etc.).
Warehouse & Inventory Coordination
Work closely with warehouse teams for stock movement, storage, and order fulfillment.
Ensure proper inventory accuracy through periodic audits.
Monitor packaging, loading/unloading, and material handling processes.
Documentation & Compliance
Maintain all logistics-related documents and ensure compliance with GST, e-way bill norms, and statutory requirements.
Ensure adherence to company SOPs for logistics, shipping, and receiving
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
Manage vendor relationships with transporters, logistics partners, and courier companies.
Negotiate cost-effective freight rates and service-level agreements.
Coordinate with sales, purchase, warehouse, and branch teams.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of logistics operations, warehouse processes, and transportation.
Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel, and logistics MIS.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle multiple shipments, vendors, and coordination tasks.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain / Logistics / Commerce.
MBA/PGDM in Logistics or Supply Chain (preferred).
5-10 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
Manage vendor relationships with transporters, logistics partners, and courier companies.
Negotiate cost-effective freight rates and service-level agreements.
Coordinate with sales, purchase, warehouse, and branch teams.
