Job Title: Logistic In-Charge

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and oversee daily dispatch operations based on order priorities, delivery timelines, and destinations. Ensure all logistics processes comply with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards. Coordinate with transporters, freight forwarders, and vendors for timely and cost-effective deliveries. Maintain accurate records of shipping, receiving, inventory, and Proof of Delivery (POD). Address and resolve logistics issues such as delays, damages, or documentation errors. Supervise warehouse and logistics staff; provide training and operational guidance. Use ERP and logistics software to track shipments, manage inventory, and plan delivery routes. Collaborate with internal departments (production, sales, procurement) to ensure operational efficiency. Drive process improvements to enhance logistics performance and reduce costs. Handle customs clearance and support international shipping processes where required.

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field. 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management. Proficiency in ERP and logistics/inventory software platforms. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Knowledge of customs clearance and international shipping is a plus.
