The key responsibilities include:*
-Managing and supervising dispatch operations.
-Ensuring accurate packing and dispatching of items according to the Tax Invoice and company standards.
-Maintaining the quality of packaging before dispatch.
-Coordinating and managing inbound and outbound shipments for timely deliveries. --
-Addressing delays, issues, and customer concerns related to dispatch operations.
-Ensuring accurate records of dispatches, proof of delivery documents, and other relevant data.
-Identifying opportunities to reduce logistics costs, improve efficiency, and streamline operations.-
Checking and timely submission of all logistics bills.
-Reporting on logistics performance weekly.
-Meeting and visiting logistics vendors as required.
