Knowledge of Advance Excel, MIS , Power BI





Job Responsibilities:



1. Logistics & Transportation Management:



Plan and oversee inbound and outbound logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and delivery.



Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and transport companies for timely shipment and delivery.



Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery with minimal delays.





2. Inventory & Warehouse Management:



Maintain inventory records and ensure stock levels meet operational requirements.



Supervise warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.



Implement best practices for warehouse safety and efficiency.





3. Supply Chain Coordination:



Collaborate with procurement, production, and sales teams to streamline supply chain processes.



Optimize logistics costs while maintaining service quality.



Develop and maintain relationships with logistics partners.





4. Documentation & Compliance:



Ensure accurate documentation for shipments, including invoices, packing lists, and customs clearance.



Comply with local and international shipping regulations.





5. Team Management:



Supervise and train logistics staff, ensuring smooth operations.



Assign duties and monitor staff performance.





6. Problem-Solving & Reporting:



Address logistics issues, delays, and challenges proactively.



Prepare reports on logistics performance, cost analysis, and efficiency improvements.





Other Requirements:



Familiarity with transport regulations and safety standards.



Salary : 3-3.50 Lpa
