JOB DESCRIPTION

Logistic Executive

Chinchwad, Pune

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Outbound Logistics & Freight Management

Plan and manage transportation for outbound shipments to customers.

Negotiate freight costs and arrange cost-effective transport.

Track shipments and ensure on-time deliveries. Coordinate with transporters, freight forwarders, and customs agents.

Dispatch Planning & Packing

Work closely with the Planning and Production departments to create a dispatch plan. Prepare packing lists through ERP and ensure materials are packed properly. Arrange packaging and labelling for shipments.

Documentation & Compliance

Prepare and manage all required documents, including:

Packing List, Tax Invoice & E-Way Bill, Export Commercial Invoice, Delivery Challan

Customer & Vendor Coordination

Coordinate with customers regarding dispatch schedules and shipping details. Communicate with transporters, shipping companies, and government agencies for smooth operations. Ensure customer requirements for shipping and documentation are met.

Qualification & Essential Skills

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Management. 4-5 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, and documentation. * Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial equipment company is preferred.
