Job Description

We're looking for a detail-oriented, process-driven Logistics Executive to join our on-ground operations team .

In this role, you will coordinate daily with customers, transporters, and internal teams to ensure smooth movement of goods, both forward and reverse. You'll also monitor key transporter KPIs and escalate delays to maintain service levels.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer & Transport Partner Coordination

Be the key contact point between transporters, customers, and internal teams Resolve escalations like RTOs, delivery exceptions, delays, and update stakeholders proactively Ensure proper documentation and tracking of all exceptions

Vehicle & Dispatch Planning

Coordinate daily with transporters to

ensure vehicle availability for scheduled dispatches

Plan and monitor material pickups from all sites and escalate delays in real-time Ensure

adherence to SLA timelines

across all pickup and delivery points

Transporter Performance Tracking

Monitor transporter performance using KPIs like

on-time delivery, transit time, RTO %, resolution TAT

Support in preparing vendor performance reports and evaluations Work with internal stakeholders to drive accountability and improvements

Operational Excellence

Maintain accurate records

of shipments, pickups, delays, escalations, and resolutions

Collaborate

with warehouse, customer support, and procurement teams to ensure end-to-end visibility

Recommend process changes

to improve efficiency and reduce operational cost

Skills & Competencies:

Excellent

verbal and written communication skills

Comfortable with

daily coordination via calls, WhatsApp, and emails

Basic to intermediate knowledge of

MS Excel / Google Sheets

Analytical mindset and attention to operational details Ability to handle pressure and

multitask in a high-volume environment

Eligibility Criteria:

B.E. / B.Tech / Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or Engineering (any stream) Freshers / GETs welcome - training will be provided 1-3 years of experience in logistics coordination / dispatch planning / supply chain operations preferred Familiarity with 3PLs, reverse logistics, or courier partners is an added advantage
