To coordinate and execute all activities from the time an order is received until payment

is collected from the customer. This role is critical in ensuring fast, accurate, error-free

order fulfilment, with a strong focus on on-time delivery and complete customer

satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure accurate and timely order entry into the system. Coordinate with internal teams (Engineering, Sales, Proposal) and customers to
ensure seamless order processing.

Review and process customer Purchase Orders (POs), create Order
Acknowledgments (OAs), and resolve issues before materials are received.

Plan daily work, manage priorities, escalate issues, and follow up proactively. Communicate regularly with customers regarding order status, dispatches, and
payment follow-ups.

Create internal Work Orders post-PO receipt. Register POs with principals and coordinate with them for order confirmation
and dispatch.

Ensure proper documentation and support for smooth invoicing and collection.
Requirements:

Experience: 2-4 years in a similar role, preferably in an engineering products
company.

Skills:

o Strong customer communication and coordination skills

o Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

o Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics processes
