logistics-related issues
such as RTO (Return to Origin), order weight discrepancies, and shipment delays.
Coordinate with courier partners and escalate unresolved issues to ensure timely solutions.
Maintain accurate records of shipments, returns, and related documentation.
Monitor and optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth operations.
Key Requirements
Education:
Graduate in any discipline (preferred in Supply Chain / Logistics).
Experience:
1-2 years in e-commerce logistics or related field.
Proficiency in handling
Amazon, Shopify, and Shiprocket portals
.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage escalations effectively.
Good knowledge of logistics operations and return management.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Basic MS Excel knowledge for reporting and tracking.
