Conduct site/ factory visits to monitor work progress, quality, and compliance.
Supervise day-to-day field activities.
Coordinate with clients and vendors for dispatch/loading/quality and other related works.
Resolve on-site/factory operational issues promptly.
Manage incoming and outgoing materials.
Plan and coordinate transportation for timely dispatch and delivery.
Maintain proper documentation for logistics, including challans, delivery notes, and stock registers.
Track shipment schedules and follow up with transporters.
Ensure efficient storage, handling, and distribution of materials.
Maintain accurate inventory records.
Perform regular stock audits and reconciliations.
Monitor stock levels and raise purchase requests when needed.
Prevent material shortages, damages, and wastage.
Update management about operational challenges and proposed solutions.
Liaise with procurement, warehouse, operations, and management teams.
