Role & Responsibilities:

Vehicle coordination for timely delivery and pickup Vehicle movement monitoring Customer calling for scheduling orders delivery, pickup Daily Route Planning Urgent Pickup Scheduling & monitoring Vehicle Cost Control Customer Escalation Mail Follow-up & resolution Vehicle Arrangement & Management Support Staff Training & development In-transit damage Control Coordination with warehouse team for inward and outward errors Alternative order planning in case of in transit cancellation
