Schedule and monitor daily pickups and deliveries.
Coordinate with delivery executives, transport partners, and clients.
Resolve issues related to route delays, vehicle problems, or delivery failures.
Track shipment movements and provide status updates.
Make follow-up calls to drivers/customers for delivery confirmation, payment collection, or delay clarifications.
Handle incoming customer queries related to logistics and resolve them effectively.
Maintain good customer relationships through polite and professional communication.
