The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for supporting day-to-day logistics operations through effective coordination, follow-ups, and documentation support. The role focuses on smooth movement of shipments, communication with internal teams, and maintaining accurate logistics records.
Job Responsibility
Coordinate daily logistics activities with internal teams, transporters, and warehouse staff.
Track shipment status and update teams on dispatch and delivery timelines.
Assist in preparing and verifying export/import documents (Invoice, Packing List, BL draft, etc.).
Handle courier activities and collect/submit required documents to banks, vendors, or partners.
Maintain proper records of logistics documents and tracking sheets.
Follow up with stakeholders to ensure smooth shipment movement and timely completion of tasks.
Skills, Experience and Qualification Required
Bachelor's degree (preferably in Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields).
1-3 years of experience in logistics coordination or export/import operations.
Basic knowledge of logistics documentation and shipping terms (Incoterms, BL, Invoice, PL, etc.).
Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and documentation handling.
Ability to multitask, work under timelines, and maintain accuracy.
