: The Logistics & Operations Executive will support daily operations in the bakery business by coordinating manpower shifts, managing inventory records, monitoring deliveries, ensuring vehicle upkeep, and assisting in equipment and office maintenance to enable smooth production and distribution.
Key Responsibilities
:
Manpower & Shift Coordination Assist in scheduling daily shifts for production, packaging, and delivery staff. Track staff attendance and report absenteeism or manpower gaps. Support in training and monitoring adherence to bakery SOPs.
Inventory & Reporting Maintain stock registers for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods. Track daily consumption, wastage, and stock levels. Generate and submit daily/weekly operational reports.
Logistics & Vehicle Support Coordinate delivery schedules with drivers and outlets/customers. Maintain trip logs, fuel records, and delivery documentation. Ensure vehicles are scheduled for timely service and upkeep.
Equipment & Office Maintenance Assistance Support in monitoring bakery machinery performance and raising maintenance requests. Track AMC/vendor service schedules. Ensure smooth functioning of office equipment and utilities.
Compliance & Safety Support Assist in maintaining hygiene and food safety records. Ensure staffs follow safety guidelines during operations. Prepare basic compliance documentation for audits.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Basic understanding of inventory and logistics processes.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
