Cross-functional Engagement:

Take ownership of all e-commerce order processes from placement to fulfillment ensuring seamless and timely delivery without direct supervision. Independently monitor, forecast, and replenish inventory across multiple warehouses. Implement audit systems and minimize stock discrepancies. Directly negotiate and manage relationships with logistics partners and vendors, oversee carrier performance, and resolve escalations promptly. Oversee all aspects of product listings, listings optimization, pricing, promotions, and order tracking across e-commerce platforms. Address complex shipping and delivery issues directly, provide high-touch support, and maintain superior customer satisfaction levels. Design and implement innovative solutions to reduce lead times and shipping costs, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance scalability. Develop and present detailed insights on KPIs, including fulfillment timelines, inventory turnover, shipping accuracy, and cost metrics. Ensure full compliance with domestic and international logistics regulations, mitigate risks associated with cross-border operations. Lead collaboration with sales, finance, warehouse, and IT teams to support strategic initiatives and drive business objectives.
