We are looking for a Logic Verification Manager to join our Electronic Memory Design Engineering team. The successful candidate will lead a group of logic verification engineers for our memory design projects.

Responsibilities: * Lead a team of motivated logic verification engineers.

  • Develop complex SV/UVM based testbenches for IP/Fullchip design.
  • Own and execute verification deliverables and mentor the team to meet quality and schedule.
  • Testing various features at full-chip as well as module-level using targeted/random/corner-case/coverage tests.
  • Hands-on contributions at SVA/UVM development like coding, porting and maintaining system verilog assertions/testcases.
  • Debug failures and root-cause it by interacting with the architecture, product and design teams.
  • Verification closure using functional/ code coverage analysis.
  • Develop a test design using formal verification tools and functional verification environment.
  • Engage in technical challenges to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Drive technical efforts necessary to bridge any spec gaps.
  • Ability to provide mentorship and guidance to team members.
  • Able to drive tasks independently & efficiently to completion.
  • Communicate efficiently between design teams, logic, process, product / test engineering and architecture teams.
Qualifications

10 years of experience in the field of Electrical Engineering

Skills: * Excellent people skills with the ability to collaborate with cross functional teams including analog & logic design engineers, mask designers, CAD, and TD.
  • Self-motivated, creative thinking, strong debug skills, mentoring, motivational and positive attitude.
  • In-depth knowledge of Verilog, System Verilog, Logic Design & working knowledge of RTL2GDS Design flows.
  • Experience with Cadence Virtuoso, behavioral models or similar design suite tools.
  • Scripting experience in Python or Perl.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to lead post silicon power up activities and post silicon validation for logic paths.
  • Design experience with NAND or DRAM or SRAM or similar memory technologies.
