reducing waste
using lean manufacturing methods.
Act as a
communication bridge between global headquarters and local subsidiaries

Design and develop
new tools and fixtures
when required.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in
Mechanical Engineering
.
At least
10 years of relevant work experience
.
Strong knowledge of
production management
with on-site management experience.
Experience using
project management software
is required.
Proven experience in
new product transfer projects
, including layouts, process flow, equipment purchasing, sample production, and PPAP.
Team leadership and management experience
