Title: Local VMS Admin
Location: Mumbai
Exp: 4-7 yrs
:
Support the maintenance of services provided in VMS by ensuring the system and processes are
running accurately and changes are intercepted seamlessly.
Support Group VMS Service Managers (ITICS and Functional) to intercept and deploy VMS
production environment changes in their region.
Regional level business assurance/ sign-off of critical changes, ensuring impact of fixes is accessed
and communicated/agreed with affected stakeholders. e.g. GFS interface improvements/fixes that
impact AP/PA reconciliation.
L1 support: logs, categorizes, prioritizes, tracks, and routes incidents reported by users or alarms
raised by monitoring tools until solved.
Escalates to L2 team by following the documented escalation procedures.
Responsible for Master data Management, incl. supplier and contractor set up for their region.
