Job Description

LOCAL SEO SPECIALIST: We are looking to add a REMOTE Local SEO Specialist who will be responsible for adequately launching, executing, and maintaining all Local SEO campaigns for our clients with various local businesses. Must be available from 9 am-1 pm Monday-Fridays, California PST, to assist the SEO team via Zoom. The candidate must have a reliable workstation with a fast computer, microphone, speakers, reliable internet, and power to perform tasks while working remotely.*
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Understands the client's short and long-term company goals and develops, implements, and collaborates with Local SEO strategy to meet those goals

• Ensures all of the clients have an accurate, comprehensive, and complete online footprint and helps build valuable backlink profiles for all clients

• Defines the most important Local SEO KPIs

• Analyzes and monitors page performance for categories/keywords

• Upkeeps data across multiple platforms

• Implements on-page Local SEO

• Optimizes content (such as blog posts and site content)

• Backlink outreach and acquisition

• Creates and optimizes Google My Business listing

• Makes changes to WordPress websites

• Redflag maintenance and trending analysis

• Support ticket response & implementation of work

• Gathers and analyzes competitor intelligence

• Communicates SEO strategies and goals to internal teams, including Account Managers and Sales Consultants

EXPERIENCE:

• Min. 1 year of SEO experience / Digital Marketing Fulfillment experience

• Min. 3-year experience with Keyword Research, On-page Optimization, WordPress

• Min. 3-year experience with Google Search Console, Analytics, & Google My Business

• Familiarity with Google Insights, Google maps & mobile/desktop functionality

• Understanding of Web Development
