For more information: www.maersk.com Description - Has overall sales responsibility for customer relationships and performance of an assigned customer portfolio in a large cluster/large geographical area. Key Responsibilities- Pursues and secures business in line with the business objectives. Probes and identifies customer needs and provides solutions. Researches and understands the territory to identify and establish business contacts with potential customers. Researches and analyses competitive and industry trends. Ensures customer relationship management tools are updated on time and are of excellent quality. What we are looking - Should have strong understanding of supply chain of consumer businesses like FMCG, FMCD, Retail etc Should be able to Converse and consult customers on Logistics solutions and sell appropriate products accordingly. Effective communicator with ability to translate customer business problem statement into supply chain problem statement. Should be able to reach out to new customer and open conversations for business relationship creation. Should be good at rapport development with customers.
