Job Description

We are looking for a Local Business Listing Support Executive to assist in managing and maintaining online business listings for local businesses across Google platforms. This role focuses on operational support, data accuracy, and issue resolution. The position is open to freshers as well as experienced candidates.

Key Responsibilities

Support the creation, updating, and maintenance of local business listings. Assist in managing Google Business Profile and Google Maps listings. Update business information such as name, address, phone number, categories, and hours. Monitor listing status and report errors or inconsistencies. Assist with listing verification and basic issue resolution. Ensure listing data complies with platform guidelines. Maintain records and documentation of listing activities. Coordinate with internal teams for required business details.
Requirements

Freshers:

Basic understanding of local business listings or online platforms.

Experienced:

6 months to 2 years of experience in listing support or operations. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Basic computer and internet skills. Good communication and coordination abilities. Willingness to learn and follow processes.
Preferred Skills

Experience with Google Business Profile or Google Maps listings. Knowledge of local listing guidelines and compliance. Experience handling verification or listing-related issues.
