A Lobby Hostess (only Female) in an automobile workshop acts as the first point of contact for customers, creating a positive initial impression and managing the reception area.

Greeting and Welcoming

Providing Refreshments:

Offer refreshments to customers while they wait.

Phone and Email Handling:

Handle incoming calls and emails professionally.

Excellent Communication Skills:

Ability to interact with customers effectively and professionally.

Customer Service Skills:

Ability to provide a positive and helpful experience for customers.

Organization:

Maintain a clean and organized reception area and manage customer flow.

Basic Computer Skills:

Ability to use computer systems for record keeping and other tasks.

Knowledge of Automotive Industry (Desirable):

Understanding of basic car models and services can be helpful. Minimum Graduate/ MBA/ BBA
