Role Overview

We are seeking a tall, well-groomed, and confident Lobby Hostess with a background in the healthcare or wellness industry. As the first face of HuHaHo, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming, calming, and premium experience for every guest. Your presence will set the tone for the healing journey that begins the moment they step in.

Key Responsibilities

Greet guests with warmth, grace, and professionalism. Assist visitors in understanding services, guiding them to the right areas or experts. Coordinate with the wellness team to manage appointments and flow. Ensure the reception and lounge areas are clean, calm, and aesthetically pleasing. Maintain visitor records and manage front-desk check-in and check-out processes. Handle queries and guide clients in a calm and informative manner. Offer tea, water, or comfort to clients waiting, with a touch of hospitality. Support wellness events, workshops, and special programs when required.

Requirements

Tall, elegant, and well-presented, with a calm and confident personality. Prior experience in healthcare, wellness centres, or luxury hospitality. Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English and Hindi). Patient, attentive, and emotionally intelligent. Able to maintain confidentiality in a premium client environment.
