Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers regarding loan products. Explain loan features, eligibility, documentation, interest rates, and benefits. Identify customer needs and suggest suitable loan products. Generate leads and convert inquiries into successful applications. Maintain follow-up with customers until loan login & disbursement. Update CRM/lead sheet with call status and customer details. Coordinate with sales team, credit team, and backend staff for smooth processing. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Handle customer queries professionally and build good relationships.

Skills & Requirements

Good communication and convincing skills (Hindi, English, Telugu preferred). Basic knowledge of financial products and documentation. Ability to handle pressure and meet sales targets. Minimum qualification: Intermediate/Graduation. Experience in loan sales/telecalling preferred, but freshers can also apply.
