Job Summary



We are hiring

Loans Sales professionals

to promote and sell multiple loan products. The role involves customer acquisition, relationship management, and achieving sales targets through direct and referral channels.

Key Responsibilities



Generate leads for loan products through calls, field visits, referrals & digital sources
Explain loan products, eligibility, interest rates & processes to customers
Collect, verify & submit required loan documentation
Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for loan approvals & disbursements
Maintain strong relationships with customers & channel partners
Follow up with clients to ensure smooth processing
Achieve assigned monthly & quarterly sales targets
Update lead and customer data in CRM systems

Loan Products Handled



Home Loans
Loan Against Property (LAP)
Business Loans
Personal Loans
Vehicle Loans
Mortgage Loans

Eligibility & Skills



Graduate or Intermediate (any stream)
Experience in loan sales / banking / NBFC preferred
Strong communication & convincing skills
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Basic knowledge of loan documentation & credit process
Willingness to do field & tele-sales
