: FOS Team Lead

Designation: Feet-on-Street (FOS) Team Lead

Qualification & Eligibility:

Graduate (any discipline) with minimum 50% marks Experience: Minimum 5 years in Loan Sourcing/NBFC/Rural Banking Preferably in Agri/SME Finance, NBFC, or RRB sector Other Requirements: Local resident for 3+ years Local language proficiency mandatory
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and lead a team of 20-25 FOS Executives. Drive loan sourcing for Agri and SME segments. Ensure team productivity and achievement of monthly targets. Conduct regular training, huddles, and reviews. Visit branches and accompany FOS on client calls. Coordinate with SBOSS Client Branch Managers and Regional SPOCs. Monitor FOS discipline, attendance, and data compliance. Ensure achievement of sales, revenue, and quality benchmarks. Prepare business performance reports and presentations. Ensure compliance with SBOSS and Client policies.
Skills Required:

Proven team management & leadership skills Strong knowledge of Agri/SME lending products Understanding of credit, legal, and banking operations Data analysis & MIS reporting skills Ability to coordinate across stakeholders

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
