IMS-Production Support




Senior Loan IQ Operations Analyst




P1 C3 STS




Perform daily operational activities within Loan IQ, including loan booking, servicing, rate resets, rollovers, repayments, and fee processing.




Monitor and reconcile loan transactions and positions between Loan IQ and internal/external systems.




Investigate and resolve exceptions or discrepancies in a timely and accurate manner.




Support loan lifecycle events such as drawdowns, repayments, amortizations, restructures, and renewals.




Ensure accurate application of interest rates, schedules, and accruals within the system.




Work with internal teams front office, finance, risk, compliance to resolve operational queries related to loans.




Execute daily, weekly, and month end reconciliations, ensuring completeness and accuracy of data.




Assist in UAT, regression testing, and validation of system upgrades or configuration changes in Loan IQ.




Maintain accurate documentation of processes, procedures, and control checklists.




Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and control.
