Job Title: Loan Telecaller / Tele-Sales Executive (Loans)

Location: Address : office no 306, 3rd floor

Pragatideep building, Nirman Vihar 110092

Experience: 0-3 Years

Gender: Male / Female

Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers regarding loan products such as Personal Loan, Home Loan, Business Loan, Car Loan, etc.

Handle inbound calls and explain loan features, eligibility, interest rates, and documentation.

Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan products.

Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.

Maintain customer data and call records in CRM or Excel.

Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.

Coordinate with the loan processing team for smooth disbursement.

Provide regular reports to the team leader or manager.

Required Skills:

Good communication skills in English and Hindi

Strong convincing and negotiation skills

Basic knowledge of telecalling and sales

Basic computer knowledge (CRM / MS Excel)

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

Preferred Candidate:

Experience in banking, finance, or loan telecalling will be an added advantage

Freshers can also apply (training will be provided)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Nirman Vihar, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
