What You Will Be Doing

• Performing the administration of and any services pursuant to administration agreements in respect of a portfolio of hedge fund and Private Equity clients.
• Review & sign-off of Net Asset Value calculations, financial statements and associated reports
• Reviewing/Authorizing payments and other transactions.
• Planning, scheduling and managing the daily workflows of all client deliverables within the team
• Effective monitoring of deliverables to ensure high SLA compliance within set accuracy standards
• Ensure adherence of applicable best practice policies & client specific agreements.
• Managing & coordinating the Year end process with respect to audit timelines, Financial Statement Preparation, Regulatory filings, Tax services, etc
• Engage & own intra-office migrations and/ or new client on boarding
• Drive forward continuous improvement, seeking efficiencies while maintaining adequate controls

What You Bring

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business administration, finance or other related discipline or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
• Typically, at least 3-6 years of financial services industry experience in structured finance operations and/or institutional assets, and one or more years of leadership responsibility
• Client servicing experience and excellent interpersonal skills to build high levels of customer satisfaction
