Job Description

A Loan Sourcing Manager in Raipur for Personal Loans (PL), Business Loans (BL), Home Loans (HL), and Loan Against Property (LAP) is responsible for building and managing a strong sourcing network, developing new customer leads, and driving loan disbursement growth across multiple product segments.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement sourcing strategies to acquire new customers for PL, BL, HL, and LAP. Build and manage relationships with DSAs, brokers, channel partners, and vendor networks. Achieve monthly and quarterly sourcing targets by generating quality leads and ensuring timely conversion. Coordinate with internal credit, operations, and legal teams for smooth loan application and disbursal processes. Monitor market trends, competitors, and portfolio quality to optimize sourcing efforts. Prepare regular reports and MIS for management review.
Qualifications and Skills

Graduate or equivalent degree with 2-5 years experience in loan sourcing or sales, preferably in finance or NBFC sector. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Knowledge of documentation and compliance requirements for various loan products. Ability to work independently and manage multiple sourcing channels effectively.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
