Identify and generate leads through field visits, referrals, cold calling, and networking
Explain loan products, interest rates, eligibility, and documentation requirements to customers
Assist customers in completing loan applications and collecting required documents
Coordinate with credit, operations, and underwriting teams to ensure timely loan processing
Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly basis
Maintain relationships with customers, DSAs, builders, and channel partners
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
Maintain accurate customer and sales records
