Job Description

We are hiring a female candidate for Loan Sales Executive / Personal Loan Back Office with complete knowledge of Personal Loan operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead calling and customer coordination for Personal Loans Explaining Personal Loan products and eligibility Personal Loan file processing from login to disbursement Document verification and PDD clearance Bank/NBFC coordination and regular follow-ups Case tracking, MIS handling and status reporting Coordination with sales team and customers for pending requirements Supporting monthly target achievement

Requirements:

Female candidate only Complete knowledge of Personal Loan Back Office operations Experience in handling Personal Loan cases independently (mandatory) Basic understanding of payouts and reconciliation Good communication, follow-up and coordination skills
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
