Job Description


Job Responsibilities
  • Review Loan documents and QC transactions as per SLA, QC activities such as review of underwriting documents and loan servicing activities
  • Interpret and understand legal documents pertaining to underwriting and perform due diligence to comply with the lending requirements
  • Process Financial Statements, Appraisal reports, Borrowing Base Certificate, Compliance Certificate, Mortgage documents, Credit Agreement and abstract critical data
  • Perform analysis of Financial Statements and complete spreading as per the guidelines, Performs required research on the received request within stipulated timelines
  • Ability to work through large Excel base data and perform complex calculations, Interpret data, analyze results using bank's operating systems
  • Follows up on deficient documentation with relevant stakeholders, Makes informed decisions regarding the documentation handled
  • Be an SME in the process and understand the upstream and downstream process, Meet and exceed the turnaround time and accuracy rate as per the specified target, Ensure adherence to the quality control standards that have been set for the process and Generate and publish daily reports

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Accounting preferred, 2 - 4 years of work experience, preferably in Banking/Mortgage/Financial Analysis and Loan Operations
  • You should be open to work in shifts, Strong verbal & written communication to effectively communicate with various stakeholders and across levels
  • Manage the complex requests with minimum supervision and independently make the decisions related to the process, Good understanding of Financial Statements, Lease Agreement, Mortgage documents, AR reporting, AP reporting and Rent Rolls
  • Preferable knowledge on aspects of Financial Statements, AR reporting, AP reporting, Credit Agreement and other loan documents, ACBS/VLS/LIQ loan system knowledge preferred, Advanced Excel; SQL; MS Access, Demonstrate the attributes of flexibility and accountability, Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively in team environment, Attention to detail and problem solving skills, , Client relationship and time management, MS Office skills
